General Processing and Shipping PolicyWe process your order within 2 to 4 business days. All U.S. domestic and International orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) of Japan Postal Service directly from our factory in Japan to you. The estimated shipping times are 6-9 business days. We are NOT responsible for any delays that may be caused by the carrier after the product has been picked up from our warehouse.
Please note: Estimated shipping times DO NOT include the time it takes to process your order (2-4 business days).
Free ShippingWe offer FREE SHIPPING on orders from all U.S. domestic, Canada as well as Asian and European countries for all the products.
International ShippingPlease be sure to use a valid street address and note that we cannot ship to PO or APO boxes at this moment. There are no custom fees on orders within 800 USD from the U.S. and 150 EURO from Europe. Orders beyond that amount will be subject to 4.6% of custom fees for U.S. orders and 3.2% for European orders which you need to take responsibility for. We are not responsible for customs/brokerage fees on any orders. Most shipments will be delivered within 6-9 business days; however, some shipments may take up to a few weeks to arrive. Please allow time for your package to clear customs.
Sales TaxSales tax on the merchandise total is charged at checkout according to each country’s Federal and State Guidelines.
